  • All who attend our workshops can benefit. In addition to learning about mental health, you will gain a better understanding of the importance of nurturing your own emotional wellbeing.

    Learn to recognise and support others who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

  • Our engaging small group workshops (max 8 participants) will guide you through a different topic, teaching you valuable skills and knowledge.

  • Counsellors taking part in the workshops will have the following qualifications

    • Fully insured

    • DBS checked

    • First aid trained
